This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of the LightForce system to advocate for its adoption among accounts, facilitating both trial and complete integration.
• Employ a consultative sales strategy to showcase how LightForce’s solutions revolutionize traditional businesses into cutting-edge digital workflows.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Develop and implement a strategic area territory plan.
• Oversee a designated region of new and existing accounts towards comprehensive LightForce integration.
• Utilize analytics and data to aid customer decision-making processes.
• Cultivate relationships with orthodontic practice teams, assisting them in modernization and growth.
• Provide clinical training and presentations both virtually and in-person to customers and internal audiences.
• Collaborate with LightForce Integration Specialists to lead the onboarding and complete integration of new customers.
• Stay actively involved with orthodontic organizations while keeping an eye on industry trends.
• Coordinate internal resources to enhance customer experience and endorse LightForce solutions.
• Independently manage travel arrangements, expenses, and expense reporting.
• Identify and promptly complete essential tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 3+ years of outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is necessary.
• Experience in selling medical devices, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other related B2B fields.
• Comfortable engaging in clinical discussions with orthodontists.
• Capable of facilitating business conversations with orthodontic practice owners (including cash flow analysis, ROI, P&L, etc.).
• Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets.
• Must possess a valid Driver's license and be willing to travel.
• Ability to use hands, and reach with hands and arms is required.
• Requires the ability to see, listen, and speak.
• Experience in orthodontic sales is preferred.
