This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Achieve sales revenue targets within the specified geographical territory.
• Collaborate with members of the commercial team and cross-functional departments to meet corporate goals.
• Act as the primary contact for comprehensive commercialization, including sales, support, and program management for HistoSonics technologies.
• Create and implement quarterly business plans to reach territory revenue goals.
• Maintain a thorough and regularly updated strategic territory business plan.
• Consistently present realistic sales forecasts to sales management.
• Lead clinical and technical demonstrations of products.
• Build relationships with champions from clinical, economic, and strategic stakeholder groups.
• Understand customer requirements, technology acquisition processes, and capital funding options.
• Present and negotiate capital pricing, terms, and conditions with sales management.
• Implement post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption protocols in collaboration with sales and service teams.
• Assist new customers in the clinical adoption of HistoSonics technologies.
• Support customers in achieving clinical proficiency and satisfaction for optimal outcomes and adoption.
• Participate in trade shows, industry meetings, business development, and educational activities.
• Adhere to regulatory and AdvaMed guidelines for pre- and post-commercialization activities.
• Operate in a field-based sales territory environment with frequent travel and overnight stays.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Healthcare-related field.
• At least 7 years of sales or clinical experience in the medical device industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in disruptive capital equipment sales.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong sales relationships.
• Must fulfill all hospital credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and certain immunizations.
• Must be insurable and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willing and able to travel by automobile or air, including day trips and overnight stays, more than 75% of the time.
• Experience in consultative sales within complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with others.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds for short durations.
• Capability to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods.
