This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Effectively present and discuss the company's products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication with dealer partners about ongoing programs through phone calls or in-person meetings;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• College degree or comparable work experience (preferred)
• Strong background in Automotive, Finance, and Sales
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or at a Car Dealership
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven track record of success
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies
• Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new technologies
• Results-oriented: able to accomplish tasks in line with Company objectives
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers
• A valid driver's license is essential for this position, as driving is a core function.
