This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Deliver and articulate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and engage with these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls directed at Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• A working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales is necessary;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is required;
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a demanding sales position with a proven success record;
• Clear and effective presentation skills are a must;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential;
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques is important;
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies are required;
• Results-driven attitude: achieving goals in line with company objectives;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Must be comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
