• Effectively present and communicate the company’s products and services to various levels of management within both Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and engage these along with other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals that arise from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, maintain, and expand current and prospective dealer partnerships within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Ensure constant and effective communication through phone calls or face-to-face interactions with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers in Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;
• A college degree or comparable work experience is preferred;
• Strong background in Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated track record of success;
• Excellent presentation skills that are clear and effective;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented approach, ensuring alignment with Company objectives;
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
