This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Deliver and convey company products and services to all tiers of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through telephone communications for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, whether by phone or in person, with dealer partners regarding current initiatives;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or comparable work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is necessary;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated history of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills are a must;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies;
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-oriented approach: achieving objectives in line with Company goals;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key function.
