• Effectively present and articulate the company's products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to assigned accounts and prospects;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, both via phone and in person, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers regarding Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is necessary;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success;
• Exceptional presentation skills that are clear and effective;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, setting appointments, and sales techniques;
• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented, ensuring alignment with Company objectives;
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are advantageous;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
