This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person.
• Identify potential sales leads and connect with these and other assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, either through phone calls or face-to-face interactions, with dealer partners regarding current programs.
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for prompt contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors.
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential.
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success.
• Clear and effective presentation skills are necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.
• Results-oriented mindset: achieving objectives in line with Company goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key function.
