This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Present and effectively convey our company’s products and services to all tiers of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, via phone or in person, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or comparable work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales is necessary;
• Experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is required;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills are a must;
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities are essential;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques is beneficial;
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies are required;
• Results-oriented approach: able to achieve objectives in alignment with company goals;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
