This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Deliver and articulate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and engage with these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, through phone calls or face-to-face meetings, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Educate dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Solid understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a demanding sales position with a track record of success;
• Strong presentation skills that are clear and effective;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving company objectives;
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bi-lingual skills in Spanish are a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a fundamental responsibility.
