This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver presentations and communicate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person.

• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals that arise from phone calls directed at Independent and Franchise dealers.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.

• Ensure consistent and effective communication, whether via phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding current programs.

• Educate dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• College degree or comparable work experience is preferred.

• Solid understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales industries.

• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership.

• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven success record.

• Strong presentation skills that are clear and effective.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with warm calling, setting appointments, and sales techniques.

• Strong computer proficiency and ability to adapt to new technologies.

• Results-oriented mindset: focus on accomplishing tasks in alignment with company goals.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
