This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to various management levels within both Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify and reach out to sales prospects along with other designated accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance relationships with existing and potential dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain ongoing and effective communication, through phone calls or face-to-face interactions, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers in Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• In-depth knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies;
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented, focused on achieving objectives aligned with company goals;
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position, as driving is a key function.
