This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales prospects and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals that arise from telephone calls made to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Ensure consistent and effective communication, through phone calls or face-to-face meetings, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred;
• In-depth knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or in a Car Dealership is necessary;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques;
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving company objectives;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
