This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Effectively present and articulate the company’s products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales prospects and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, nurture, and expand existing and prospective dealer partnerships within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, whether via phone calls or face-to-face, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales is required;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or at a Car Dealership is necessary;
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a demanding sales role with a proven success record;
• Excellent presentation skills are a must;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and effective sales techniques is required;
• Competent computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies are necessary;
• Results-oriented mindset: focusing on achieving outcomes in line with company goals;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is advantageous;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
