This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals that arise from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, sustain, and expand relationships with current and potential dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, whether via phone calls or in person, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• College degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• In-depth knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or at a Car Dealership;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated track record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies;
• Strong computer skills and willingness to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented: ability to accomplish tasks in line with company goals;
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
