This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• The Area Sales Manager serves as the representative of the company to our dealers.
• Collaborate with dealers to enhance the number of funded deals.
• Identify, onboard, and foster growth with dealers within their local area.
• Build robust relationships with dealers to support their business expansion.
• Present and communicate the company’s products and services to dealerships in person.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from phone calls made to dealers.
• Develop, maintain, and expand current and prospective dealer partnerships within the dealer communities.
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.
• High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• College degree or comparable work experience (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales.
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a demanding sales role with a proven success record.
• Clear and effective presentation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with warm calling, setting appointments, and sales techniques.
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Results-oriented: achieving objectives in line with company goals.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for dealer visits.
• A valid driver's license is essential for this role, as driving is a key function.
