This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Educate dealerships on all facets of the company's lending programs and guide them on how to optimize the value of these programs for their specific operations.
• Collaborate with various operational teams to secure quality business from current dealers and enhance program utilization.
• Develop and grow the designated territory by identifying and onboarding new dealerships.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, initiate cold calls, and respond to inbound inquiries from dealerships to cultivate relationships and secure business.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain dealer retention.
• Complete and submit necessary documentation to track and evaluate progress toward established objectives.
• Promote a collaborative environment that supports the achievement of business plan goals by working closely with colleagues and management.
• Engage in special projects as required.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by management or as needed by the company.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in auto finance, with a preference for sub-prime auto financing experience.
• At least three (3) years of sales experience, preferably within the auto industry.
• Familiarity with the local market and established customer relationships is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative, recognize needs, recommend improvements, implement solutions, and assess their effectiveness.
• Strong interpersonal skills: approachable and diplomatic, with the capability to influence others, manage conflicts effectively, exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive and confidential information, interact across all organizational levels, and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A team player who can adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of the internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new software as necessary.
