This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• The Area Sales Manager serves as a representative of the company to automotive dealers within the designated market region.
• This role is tasked with enhancing the company's market presence by onboarding new dealers, nurturing existing partnerships, and boosting awareness and utilization of the company’s lending program(s).
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in auto finance, with a preference for candidates who have sub-prime auto financing experience.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in sales, preferably within the auto industry.
• Familiarity with the local market and established customer relationships is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative, recognize needs, make improvement recommendations, see those recommendations through to implementation, and assess their effectiveness.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: approachable and tactful, capable of influencing others, managing conflicts effectively, exercising sound judgment, handling sensitive and confidential information, engaging with all levels of the organization, and fostering cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A collaborative team player who can thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Proficient in computer skills with a solid understanding of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly adapt to new software as necessary.
• A dedication to embodying the organization's core values and key competencies.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a demonstrated capacity to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
