This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Conduct regular visits to existing A & B Customers to sustain current business relationships.
• Engage in continuous territory prospecting to identify new customer targets within designated market segments.
• Provide product recommendations for clients, utilizing internal resources as necessary.
• Deliver additional technical assistance as needed.
• Create, maintain, and expand a Sales Opportunity Pipeline.
• Keep detailed and efficient written call reports using the company CRM system.
• Share key weekly updates with Regional Management.
• Participate in Trade Shows, Group Sales Meetings, and Additional Training Opportunities as needed.
• 3-5+ years of prior experience in selling lubricants, mechanical equipment, or in technical/industrial sales.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including Windows, MS Office, CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Email.
• Capability to operate independently from a home-based office.
• Self-motivated individual with effective time management and outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate and support other members of the Klüber Group as required.
