Area Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Responsible for achieving sales and marketing objectives

• Contributing to the development and execution of sales, marketing, customer retention, promotional, pricing, and distribution plans in the assigned area

• Allocation of targets to sales teams

• Customer categorization

• Management of daily activities of the sales team, ensuring that agreed-upon activities are executed

• Supervision and leadership of the team with a focus on coaching and mentoring

• Meeting sales targets and outcomes according to individual monthly and quarterly goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and managing a sales team

• Negotiation skills within a business context

• Ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Capability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Flexibility and proactivity

• Commitment to achieving results and loyalty

• Knowledge and experience in the medical device field is an advantage

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level
