This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drives organizational goals and sales objectives by fostering robust relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and customers.
• Promotes and sells the entire range of Delicato Family Wines brands to achieve or surpass company sales targets.
• Builds and sustains strong partnerships with distributor and wholesaler affiliates.
• Organizes and conducts productive meetings with distributors and wholesalers.
• Develops lists of key accounts and targets; nurtures relationships with high-level accounts.
• Implements assigned initiatives and introduces innovative programs tailored to market demands.
• Collaborates efficiently with cross-functional teams and external collaborators.
• Ensures adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Conducts wine tastings and events in partnership with distributors and wholesalers.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in the wine industry or related fields, including consumer packaged goods; experience managing distributor and wholesaler relationships is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a vehicle are required, along with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications.
• Strong foundational communication skills.
