This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Focus on expanding the business within the Convenience Channel
• Proactively manage and enhance business at direct accounts through merchant engagement and strategic planning
• Lead and oversee the broker network to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with the insights team to develop engaging sales presentations
• Formulate joint business plans aimed at increasing Built’s market share
• Utilize analytical tools for comprehensive account analysis
• 1-3 years of sales experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally in the food sector
• Proficient in deriving insights from data
• Self-motivated individual with a proven record of accomplishments in a rapidly growing environment
• Established history of increasing distribution and dollar sales
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, including proficiency in PowerPoint
• Fundamental understanding of sales principles, forecasting, merchandising, and promotional execution
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Proficient in Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, or other comparable syndicated data
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Competitive base salary based on experience
