This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Propel profitable sales growth and optimize sales revenue within a designated area by nurturing, sustaining, and enhancing current accounts and prospects.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by serving as a strategic business partner focused on achieving customers’ growth objectives.
• Meet new business goals by proactively identifying, targeting, and converting prospective accounts and new business opportunities with orthodontists and dentists.
• Develop and maintain territory business plans, sales forecasts, and a budget for sales promotion activities. Evaluate current performance and determine when adjustments are necessary.
• Work in conjunction with Product Marketing and Market Communications to facilitate the execution of all marketing launch initiatives and new product sales objectives.
• Attend and represent Angel Aligner North America at customer events as necessary.
• Stay informed about key clinical studies and scientific literature that highlight the benefits of Angel Aligner products.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in rapidly growing corporate markets.
• Previous aligner sales experience with Orthodontists as the primary point of contact.
• Expertise in consultative selling, with familiarity with the Challenger method or a similar approach preferred.
• Strong communication abilities with the aptitude to present and negotiate effectively are desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation delivery, are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional team members as well as independently.
• Upholds integrity, high ethical standards, and professional conduct at all times.
• Capable of conveying intricate information in a clear, organized, and persuasive manner.
• General computer proficiency, including the ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and hold auto insurance coverage.
• Frequent travel (including overnight stays) is required for customer visits and participation in key industry and corporate events.
