This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
β’ Oversee and cultivate relationships with designated customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
β’ Recognize and seek out new business opportunities that align with customer requirements and the company's strengths.
β’ Create and present value-enhancing solutions, including tailored products when suitable.
β’ Direct commercial negotiations encompassing pricing, contracts, and agreements to attain sustainable profitability.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams (such as Sales, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance) to guarantee a consistent and high-quality experience for customers.
β’ Compile and maintain precise sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline data.
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety regulations, ISO standards, and CRM procedures.
β’ 2β5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
β’ Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated skills in negotiation and relationship-building.
β’ Capability to effectively manage multiple customer interactions and priorities.
β’ A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
