This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Create and execute a strategic business development plan for Spain that aligns with corporate goals and market dynamics.
• Discover, assess, and engage new distributors and partners throughout the region, ensuring key markets and sectors are covered.
• Seek out and pursue new business prospects in line with the company's growth objectives.
• Build and sustain relationships with important clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover new trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Evaluate market data to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Oversee and manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronic security sector or a related field.
• Demonstrated sales experience within the Catalonia region.
• Robust technical understanding of electronic security systems, such as access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
• Proven history of engaging in the entire sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to developing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Experience in crafting and executing successful sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders at an executive level.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends, pinpoint customer needs, and devise effective solutions.
• Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks at once.
• Familiarity with the latest electronic security technologies and trends, including cloud solutions, IoT, and AI analytics.
• A solid mix of technical expertise, sales proficiency, and superior communication skills.
