This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of achieving or surpassing sales quotas and targets within your territory by acquiring new agents and enhancing same-store sales.
• Oversee the complete sales process for Independents, which includes selling the entire product portfolio whenever appropriate, along with managing the Agent Implementation phase.
• Responsible for prospecting, negotiating, finalizing contracts with new agents, gathering necessary documents, submitting comprehensive packages, facilitating the activation process, and providing training at the location.
• Concentrate on the acceleration of new locations to ensure they reach their full revenue potential.
• Eventually oversee existing accounts within the territory, aiming to boost same-store sales.
• Conduct regular visits to high-performing locations to identify and resolve issues within the current network.
• Be accountable for achieving productivity targets and the overall revenue of all locations in the territory.
• Manage the Agent lifecycle for all Independents.
• Prior experience in business development, external sales, account development, or customer product servicing in Regional Australia.
• Effective management and conversion of a sales pipeline.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities to secure new business.
• Capability to present and listen to agents while building trust and confidence.
• Excels in both phone-based business development and face-to-face field sales for opportunity generation and conversion.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity, making swift decisions, and adhering to tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and other software to effectively serve customers.
• Possession of a Driver’s License and willingness to travel.
• Experience in business sales in Regional Australia and networking in produce regions is advantageous.
