πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Implement sales and marketing initiatives to foster overall and category sales growth within the designated region.

β€’ Establish and oversee an effective distribution network to enhance sales performance.

β€’ Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to boost sales outcomes.

β€’ Cultivate relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business.

β€’ Maintain connections with personnel in financial centers, professionals, and personal contacts to increase the penetration of current products and facilitate the introduction of new products in hospitals.

β€’ Build robust relationships with Key Customers and Decision Makers to safeguard existing business and promote the early adoption of new products and practices.

β€’ Optimize the effectiveness of marketing and support from the Scientific Affairs and Education team provided to the territory to generate new business and achieve the anticipated product penetration plan in each Key Account.

β€’ Provide prompt feedback to the Supervisor concerning their sales performance, competitive activities, and internal changes or developments within Key Accounts.

β€’ Timely creation and submission of critical business reports and market information in CRM and other designated formats.

β€’ Actively engage in training sessions, educational workshops, and challenging opportunities for business and career advancement.

β€’ Achieve the minimum number of customer calls, conduct ISPs/OR, and generate customer demand in accordance with the daily/weekly/monthly plan, while accurately recording each sales activity in CRM.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Experience in Key Account management should include oversight of large government accounts such as SDMH, MGMCH, Fortis, EHCC, and SMS Hospital for medical devices.

β€’ Proficiency in using the GeM portal, including product uploads, understanding procurement rules, and participation in Bids/BoQ.

β€’ Familiarity with government procurement policies, including MII (Make in India) and PPO (Public Procurement Order), is essential.
