This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and oversee US field representatives.
• Actively mentor direct reports to achieve annual objectives by enhancing business skills, product knowledge, and market intelligence.
• Lead the development of opportunities and forecast management strategies within the assigned region to ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual projections.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to advance business strategies related to clinical and commercial activities, competitive targets, mobilization strategies, and clinical/commercial initiatives.
• Plan and implement effective activities that convey clear expectations, encourage productive information exchange, and support the transfer of essential skills.
• Accountable for achieving forecasting, trial enrollment, and future revenue targets while managing regional expenses.
• Develop and execute robust talent development initiatives that enhance team productivity, foster bench development, and facilitate organizational talent cross-pollination.
• Conduct and/or assess market research, including the activities of customers and competitors.
• Create and/or implement market development plans/strategies and make adjustments as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years) required.
• At least 10 years of medical sales experience, with relevant sales and leadership experience.
• Proven history of surpassing assigned quotas and/or business goals.
• Preferred experience in structural heart and/or Cardiac Rhythm Disease management/Electrophysiology fields.
• Established record of recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.
• Demonstrated capability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed, and geographically diverse environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with extensive experience in presenting to senior management.
• Proven success in selling to and influencing C-level and executive-level stakeholders as well as complex customers.
• Proven ability to create and deliver high-level presentations and business correspondence.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
