Area Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the sales quota for your designated territory.

• Recruit and hire 1099 representatives or agencies as necessary.

• Conduct the field-training component of the onboarding process for sales representatives and agencies.

• Manage the initial sales calls and generate momentum after a representative has been onboarded.

• Lead, mentor, and oversee various aspects of the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent); a college degree is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in sales of durable medical equipment is preferred.
