β’ Develop and Scale a High-Performing Field Organization
β’ Recruit, mentor, and cultivate PPRMs through structured 1:1 sessions, talent assessments, and operational routines β establishing and maintaining a high standard for managerial excellence, accountability, and judgment.
β’ Ensure uniform regional execution by holding PPRMs accountable to shared benchmarks across performance management, territory strategy, coaching quality, and hiring/ramp β while promoting the adoption of essential field systems (onboarding, playbooks, dashboards, and input metrics).
β’ Convert strategy into actionable execution by transforming cross-functional priorities into clear, field-ready action plans with defined KPIs, timelines, and ownership at the PPRM level.
β’ Assess on-field performance through regular field time with PPRMs β observing coaching practices, reinforcing expectations, and providing targeted, skills-based feedback.
β’ Assist in leading enterprise health system partnerships, working alongside PPRMs, PPMs, and internal stakeholders to drive adoption, growth, and sustainable success, while engaging directly with health system leadership as necessary to guide strategy and resolve challenges.
β’ Serve as the vital link between field operations and HQ, collaborating closely with Enablement, Ops, Growth Strategy, Product, Clinical, and Marketing to identify trends, eliminate systemic obstacles, and scale successful initiatives.
β’ Prepare for scalability and cultivate a strong culture by identifying emerging leaders, managing high-quality hiring and promotion decisions, and fostering a patient-first environment that attracts and retains top talent.
β’ Possess experience in managing managers within a high-growth, field-based sales organization (healthcare preferred)
β’ Have exposure to large, complex health system or enterprise partnerships and feel comfortable engaging in senior-level external discussions
β’ Exhibit strong talent judgment, including the ability to hire, promote, and manage the performance of leaders with fairness and decisiveness
β’ Communicate effectively and collaborate across functions to translate strategy into straightforward, repeatable execution
β’ Remote (US-Based) | ~1β2x/month travel
