Area Reservations Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Develop a sincere, informative, and tailored guest resort reservations experience by accurately entering guest contact details.

• Update guest history with information such as previous stays, special occasions, preferences, and other relevant details.

• Address guests’ inquiries related to room bookings, availability, general accommodation questions, pricing, and special promotions.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the resorts and related information.

• Assist in ensuring effective resolution of guest challenges.

• Collaborate closely with fellow guest service team members and other departments to address any issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a hospitality, spa, or reservations role, ideally within a luxury resort setting.

• Capability to draft professional business correspondence.

• Must have excellent interpersonal and sales skills, a polished phone demeanor, and the ability to interact positively with every guest.

• Ability to work harmoniously with other departments and colleagues as part of a team.
