• Act as the operations business manager for the Eastern region.
• Collaborate closely with Area Sales leadership as a reliable liaison.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Area business trends, pricing, rebates, and contracts.
• Provide strategic insights for management decisions through ad hoc analyses, reporting, and scenario modeling.
• Synthesize and convert intricate data and analyses into impactful presentations.
• Manage Sales Enablement platforms, overseeing systems onboarding and technical troubleshooting.
• Drive strategic sales enablement initiatives that yield measurable business results.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
• More than 8 years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, and/or financial planning, or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria.
• Openness to working local Area hours.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
• A Master’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales Operations within the medical device, healthcare, or cardiovascular sectors (preferred).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
• Strong business acumen combined with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing capacity.
• Advanced technical skills with tools such as Excel.
• Proficient in using data visualization tools to create dashboards, such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Ability to adapt to proprietary systems like Salesforce.com (SFDC).
