
Area Operations Business Manager β Sales Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
β’ Act as the operations business manager for the Eastern region.
β’ Collaborate closely with Area Sales leadership as a reliable liaison.
β’ Utilize in-depth knowledge of Area business trends, pricing, rebates, and contracts.
β’ Provide strategic insights for management decisions through ad hoc analyses, reporting, and scenario modeling.
β’ Synthesize and convert intricate data and analyses into impactful presentations.
β’ Manage Sales Enablement platforms, overseeing systems onboarding and technical troubleshooting.
β’ Drive strategic sales enablement initiatives that yield measurable business results.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
β’ More than 8 years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, and/or financial planning, or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria.
β’ Openness to working local Area hours.
β’ Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
β’ A Masterβs Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales Operations within the medical device, healthcare, or cardiovascular sectors (preferred).
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
β’ Strong business acumen combined with excellent organizational skills.
β’ Experience in a customer-facing capacity.
β’ Advanced technical skills with tools such as Excel.
β’ Proficient in using data visualization tools to create dashboards, such as Tableau or PowerBI.
β’ Ability to adapt to proprietary systems like Salesforce.com (SFDC).
