This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Meet or surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives for lower limb prosthetic products within the designated territory.
• Conduct regular sales presentations to orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) practitioners and other healthcare professionals to advocate for the utilization of prosthetic products.
• Leverage TSM to devise and implement strategic solutions aimed at fostering profitable growth within the territory.
• Maintain and apply technical, competitive, and industry knowledge to address objections and execute effective sales strategies.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clinical decision-makers, including prosthetists and other medical professionals, to broaden the customer base and enhance market penetration.
• Promptly respond to the needs of both internal and external customers, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to formulate and execute competitive sales strategies that align with corporate objectives.
• Work closely with Sales Leadership, internal teams, and the Sales Effectiveness Manager to guarantee seamless coordination of sales initiatives and resources.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, preferably in a life science or business-related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct field sales experience, ideally in medical or healthcare-related products.
• Attained 100% of sales quota for at least two consecutive years as a sales professional.
• Proven success in delivering field sales training and presenting at national or regional sales gatherings.
• Travel: Regular daily travel to client locations within the territory, with overnight travel as needed to service customers and expand the territory.
