Area Manager – Producing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Generate loans by overseeing your personal production pipeline (sourcing and closing loans) and supervising the team's loan pipeline.

• Mentor current Regional Loan Officers (LOs) to help them reach their highest potential within the organization.

• Attract and recruit LO candidates for the region.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new LO candidates, which includes training in the Company’s sales culture and practices, as well as coaching to support them in achieving their peak performance.

• Support the Regional team with production and strategic support initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience within the mortgage industry.

• Possession of a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) Safe License is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience or a minimum of 2 years in a management role.

• Strong interpersonal skills along with a collaborative management approach.

• Proficiency in Sales.

• Innovative thinking and outstanding analytical abilities.

• Keen attention to detail with the capacity to communicate effectively.

• Must hold the necessary licenses from the relevant regulatory authority in each state where licensable activities are performed.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
