This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee daily field service operations within a specified geographic area.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, service standards, and operational goals.
• Promote operational excellence while prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational trends and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and business performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Territory Managers who oversee field service technicians.
• Encourage accountability, engagement, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
• Identify and nurture future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Support performance management, talent development, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Act as a senior operational partner for regional clientele.
• Collaborate with Account Support and cross-functional teams to fulfill or exceed customer expectations.
• Address escalated customer issues and cultivate relationships that support retention and growth.
• Take ownership of regional operational performance, productivity, labor utilization, and cost management.
• Manage regional budgets and expenses to achieve financial targets.
• Assess data, performance metrics, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Conduct field observations and operational assessments.
• Implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Lead regional projects and initiatives that align with NCR Atleos objectives.
• Collaborate with Field Service Delivery Training teams on learning and development programs.
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee performance, and negotiate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Foster a proactive safety culture throughout service operations.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors, or large operational teams.
• Experience in leading multi-site field service, operations, logistics, facilities, technical service, or service delivery organizations.
• Proven track record of managing operational performance through KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and cost controls.
• Ability to influence, coach, and lead across multiple management levels.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
• MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience leading large distributed service organizations with over 100 employees is preferred.
• Background in field service, technology services, ATM services, banking technology, telecommunications, logistics, or related industries is preferred.
• Project leadership and change management experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
