Area Manager – Dealer Strategic Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Managing dealer relationships within your designated territory—fostering trust, identifying growth opportunities, and transforming partnerships into high-performing sales engines.

• Accelerating revenue growth by onboarding new dealer partners, boosting loan volume, and enhancing GoFi’s market presence through consultative selling and strategic influence.

• Providing impactful training and support, equipping dealers with a comprehensive understanding of GoFi’s programs, tools, and competitive advantages to enhance their sales effectiveness.

• Serving as the representative of GoFi, enhancing the dealer experience and ensuring seamless collaboration with their assigned Dealer Specialist to finalize deals and maximize value.

• Evaluating performance metrics, market conditions, and competitive activities to develop proactive strategies and deliver actionable insights to leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is a must; a College degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of outside sales experience in indirect auto or equivalent fields.

• Proven experience in building relationships and driving production within a geographic territory.

• Ability to effectively present to key stakeholders within a dealership or dealer group.

• Collaborate with originations to address transactional deal-level concerns to enhance the dealer experience.

• Local travel is necessary.

• Must reside in the Greater Milwaukee area (or be willing to relocate).
