This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee company programs and regional staff to ensure adherence to contract obligations between the organization and its clients.
• Support the implementation of safety programs across each site within the designated area.
• Develop and standardize employee safety, attendance, and recognition initiatives throughout the sites.
• Manage and guide the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
• Suggest budget adjustments to local management and/or Corporate Finance.
• Foster individual relationships with key customer representatives at each location.
• Compile and submit weekly Site Reports to the Regional Manager.
• Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled site audits with staff and key customer representatives.
• Organize and oversee the QBR calendar for the assigned region.
• Create strategies for the efficient utilization of materials, machinery, and personnel.
• Review and offer training and guidance on employee communication, InSite, supplies, and equipment procurement.
• Supervise daily operational activities for a specific area.
• Inspect assigned accounts and frequently engage with customers.
• Assist supervisors in ensuring performance aligns with customer and SBM standards.
• Carry out interviewing, hiring, work planning, performance assessments, rewards, disciplinary actions, complaint resolution, and problem-solving activities.
• Ensure employees receive proper training on tasks and safety protocols.
• Perform additional assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline from a four-year college or university, along with 2–5 years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

• Ability to train employees on tasks and safety protocols.
• Capability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Some travel may be necessary.
