Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee approximately 23 dental practices in the North East region.

• Achieve sustainable business growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient care throughout the area.

• Manage the financial performance of the region.

• Optimize revenue and EBITDA through effective operational execution, strong leadership, and diligent cost management.

• Lead Practice Managers and their respective teams.

• Collaborate with Clinical leaders and colleagues aligned regionally.

• Enhance performance across all practices.

• Ensure excellent patient outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.

• Foster high colleague engagement and operational excellence.

• Meet financial and strategic goals.

• Track EBITDA, revenue, practice-related KPIs, colleague engagement, as well as compliance and regulatory standards.

• Travel frequently to practices throughout the North East of England.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in multi-site leadership within a customer-facing, commercial setting.

• Strong background in P&L management.

• Proficient in understanding and interpreting data to inform decisions and drive outcomes.

• Proven ability to motivate and inspire remote teams.

• Collaborative approach to working with business partners and valuing expert advice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capable of handling high-pressure situations and effectively resolving issues.

• Confidence and gravitas to lead, influence, and engage stakeholders.

• Adaptable and flexible in managing changing priorities.
