Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Thames Valley region, which includes around 23 dental practices.

• Foster sustainable business growth throughout the area.

• Maintain the highest levels of patient care.

• Manage the financial performance of the area, optimizing revenue and EBITDA.

• Ensure robust operational execution alongside strict cost management.

• Lead Practice Managers and their respective teams.

• Collaborate with Clinical leaders and regionally aligned colleagues.

• Enhance performance across all practices.

• Guarantee exceptional patient outcomes and remarkable patient experiences.

• Encourage high colleague engagement and operational excellence.

• Achieve financial and strategic objectives.

• Track EBITDA, revenue, practice-related KPIs, colleague engagement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Travel frequently to various practices within the Thames Valley region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in multi-site leadership within a customer-focused, commercial setting.

• Strong background in P&L management.

• Proficient in understanding and interpreting data to make informed decisions and drive outcomes.

• Proven team leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and inspire remote teams.

• Strong collaborative skills and respect for expert business-partner advice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to handle high-pressure situations and effectively resolve issues.

• Confidence and gravitas to lead, influence, and engage with stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt and remain flexible when managing shifting priorities.
