Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage all sales and revenue-generating activities within the designated geographic region (Area)

• Evaluate and authorize Geopier design-build solutions

• Formulate and execute strategies alongside licensees and Region Engineers to meet revenue targets within the Area

• Direct and oversee Region Engineers to fulfill sales goals in the territory

• Create training initiatives for each functional sales team

• Guide licensees’ engineering activities and support Region Engineers with design and technical tasks

• Aid in establishing annual objectives and performance metrics for Region Engineers, reviewing them on a monthly basis

• Design technical and sales strategies for key projects

• Assist in creating commercial materials and technical strategies for emerging technologies

• Support sales teams with technical sales proposals and documentation

• Oversee assigned internal and external R&D projects

• Travel to regional sites to provide support to licensees and Region Engineers with promotional and technical/operational assistance

• Offer technical advice for project feasibility and bidding processes related to Geopier design-build solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience

• Ability to cultivate interpersonal relationships and navigate resources to achieve objectives is essential

• Capacity to deliver insightful and competitive analytics that foresee changes and influence decision-making

• Strong grasp of soil mechanics and structural loading conditions

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required

• A Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or a related field is preferred

• A PE (Professional Engineer) License is advantageous
