Area Manager

• You will serve as the ALB Concierge Area Manager for your designated territory.

• You will autonomously oversee all concierge operations within your area.

• Portfolio development: securing new concierge contracts in your region.

• Operational management: supervising cleaning and maintenance teams while coordinating service providers.

• Customer excellence: guaranteeing satisfaction for both owners and guests in your area.

• Performance optimization: focusing on occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and listing quality.

• Acting as the local representative of the ALB brand and enhancing its visibility in your territory.
