This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee and take responsibility for the daily operations of the bases, ensuring they are fully operational, safe, and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Exhibit consistent leadership aimed at fostering an optimal and engaged culture at the local base level that reflects our core values and mission.
• Maintain regular communication with base personnel to reinforce efficient operations, clarify job responsibilities, and set performance expectations.
• Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance profit contributions.
• Responsible for managing and controlling the Profit and Loss (P&L) for assigned bases, including oversight of expenses and payroll.
• Ensure full coverage of base staff through effective scheduling to maximize in-service rates and minimize overtime.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in clinical, aviation, or maintenance fields, with a strong leadership background and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of collaboration across all organizational levels.
• Exhibits high critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in managing revenue and budgets.
• Capable of preparing detailed written reports.
