Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the leadership and daily operations of bases within a specified area in the region.

• Coordinate clinical, aviation, and maintenance services to enhance operational, safety, and financial objectives.

• Manage base operations to ensure optimal staffing and maximum in-service availability for each base.

• Collaborate with peers in Clinical, Maintenance, Safety, Aviation, and Sales across Centers of Excellence to promote safety, quality, and training.

• Responsible for monitoring operational and financial performance across all designated bases.

• Foster decision-making and activities that align with the overall regional strategy and mission while promoting a customer-centric approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in clinical, aviation, and maintenance with a strong leadership background and/or training.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of collaboration across all levels.

• Demonstrates strong critical thinking, reasoning abilities, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively while meeting deadlines.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to manage revenue and budgets.

• Proficient in preparing written reports.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
