This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Accountable for the daily operations at the base, ensuring all facilities are in service, operating safely, and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Provide consistent leadership aimed at fostering an optimal and engaged culture at the local base level that reflects our core values and mission.
• Regularly communicate with base staff to reinforce effective operations, clarify job responsibilities, and set performance expectations.
• Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance profit contribution.
• Responsible for managing and controlling the P&L for assigned bases, including oversight of expenses and payroll.
• Accountable for scheduling base staff to guarantee 100% coverage, optimizing in-service rates and minimizing overtime.
• Collaborate closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) and Business Development to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and team development in partnership with COE collaborators.
• Regularly assess and manage employee relations issues, addressing underperformance, including terminations when necessary.
• Effectively mentor and exemplify appropriate leadership behaviors.
• Manage the supply chain and logistical requirements for assigned bases, including overseeing non-aviation, maintenance, and clinical-related activities and expenses.
• Collaborate with maintenance leadership to plan maintenance events and optimize spare utilization to prevent base outages.
• Support the Regional Director in delivering Scorecards to customers and execute any required action plans.
• Maintain and monitor all business, medical, and other licenses necessary for operations.
• Ensure compliance with specific discipline requirements related to DOT and Non-DOT random and reasonable suspicion protocols.
• Coordinate the initiation, relocation, and closure of bases with regional leadership, including facility repairs, maintenance, and lease management.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in clinical, aviation, or maintenance roles, with a strong leadership background and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• Proven strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of collaboration at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrates advanced critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to multitask efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage revenue and budgets effectively.
• Proficient in preparing written reports.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
