This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Responsible for managing and overseeing daily base operations, ensuring all bases are functional, operate safely, and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Provide strong leadership aimed at fostering an optimal and engaged culture at the local base level, reflecting our core values and mission.
• Maintain regular communication with base staff to reinforce efficient operations, clarify job responsibilities, and set performance expectations.
• Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance profit contributions.
• Accountable for the management and oversight of the Profit & Loss (P&L) across assigned bases, including expenses and payroll controls.
• Responsible for the scheduling of base staff to ensure complete coverage of assigned bases, optimizing in-service rates while minimizing overtime.
• Collaborate closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) and Business Development to ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Manage recruitment, performance evaluations, and team member development in conjunction with COE partners.
• Regularly assess and address employee relations issues, including managing underperforming team members and terminations when necessary.
• Effectively coach and exemplify appropriate leadership behaviors.
• Oversee the supply chain and logistics for assigned bases, including managing non-aviation, maintenance, and clinical activities and expenses.
• Collaborate with maintenance leadership to plan maintenance events and optimize spare utilization to reduce the risk of bases being out of service.
• Support the Regional Director in delivering Scorecards to customers and ensure the execution of any necessary action plans.
• Maintain and monitor all business, medical, and other licenses required for operational compliance.
• Ensure compliance with discipline-specific requirements related to DOT and Non-DOT random and reasonable suspicion protocols.
• Coordinate the initiation, relocation, and closure of bases in partnership with regional leadership.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in clinical, aviation, and maintenance sectors, with a strong background in leadership and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• Proven strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of collaboration across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently multitask while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Competence in managing revenue and budgets effectively.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive written reports.
• Proficient in the advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
