Area Installation Specialist – Exteriors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Support the customer experience throughout the entire installation process.

• Execute technical assessments, evaluate existing conditions, and carry out product validations.

• Perform Job Site Inspections to assess work quality and adherence to construction standards.

• Conduct service provider credential checks.

• Engage with customers to ensure the installation process aligns with company expectations.

• Address customer complaints, initiate service requests, manage Care Tickets, and handle jobs that are on hold.

• Oversee changes in scope of work, additional labor items, material requirements, and project modifications.

• Collaborate with service providers to troubleshoot issues and approve or escalate project alterations.

• Ensure all outstanding items are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

• Manage projects within the designated area and product category.

• Utilize reporting and related systems to enhance customer experience and installation precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment assessment if required.

• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is preferred.

• Previous experience in managing residential home improvement installation projects is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience is necessary.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities are essential.

• Strong negotiation skills are required.

• A solid understanding of business principles is important.

• Skills in problem-solving and multitasking are crucial.

• Demonstrated collaborative leadership abilities that emphasize partnerships are needed.

• Must be capable of performing intermittent physical tasks, including walking, standing, bending, climbing, and lifting materials or equipment.

• Regular exposure to dust, fumes, or odors is expected.

• Overnight travel is typically required less than 10% of the time.
