This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitates the standardization of processes and drives continuous improvement across designated distribution centers to achieve operational goals.
• Offers project management expertise for the implementation and enhancement of Warehouse Management System (WMS) functionalities.
• Collaborates with local distribution center leadership to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and gain support for improvements across the network.
• Directs solution design, conducts cost-benefit analysis, and oversees the execution of operational enhancement initiatives.
• Aids business development initiatives by providing operational and systems knowledge to craft solutions for new business ventures.
• Guarantees consistent application of WMS functionalities, best practices, and operational procedures across all locations.
• Develops and refines systems and processes to enhance user functionality, productivity, and overall efficiency.
• Constructs and upholds management systems that facilitate ongoing productivity and performance enhancements.
• Manages the training and development of data analysts in WMS configuration and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Works in conjunction with the LMS Manager and distribution center leadership to perpetually drive productivity enhancements, identify performance gaps, and encourage the adoption of improved practices throughout the network.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Analysis, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Operations/Business Analyst, or Consultant.
• Experience in a distribution center or fulfillment environment is essential.
• Supervisory or leadership experience with teams is preferred.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience in people leadership and change management.
• Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and understanding of WMS/LMS system interfaces.
• Familiarity with Easy Metrics LMS or a similar labor management system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis and alternative solution development.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to translate data and process insights into clear written and verbal recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build consensus, and foster continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
