This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Conduct shop visits in the designated region two times a year, ensuring a minimum of 100 shop visits annually.
• Tackle facility concerns raised by shop management and develop effective action plans.
• Carry out 1-year warranty evaluations and final inspections for new shops.
• Implement departmental initiatives, such as GlacierGrid, bee mitigation, and QR asset tagging.
• Facilitate training for new operators and assist with Dutch Bros opening approval tasks.
• Offer constructive feedback to Design and Construction regarding building, equipment, and site enhancements.
• Oversee budgets and service providers.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key regional and local service providers.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities management, construction, operations, or multi-unit retail/hospitality; experience in QSR is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fundamental building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and food service equipment.
• Proven capability to perform thorough site inspections, document findings, and follow up on action items.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region; over 100 shop visits annually are expected.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A self-motivated individual with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Experience with budget management or vendor oversight is advantageous.
• A strong passion for the Dutch Bros mission and values, with an eagerness to advance within the company.
• Must reside within the region based on shop assignments.
• Capability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while traveling.
• Must be able to stand, stretch, twist, and reach as needed.
• Able to function effectively in diverse settings, including offices and hotel rooms, and adapt while traveling by car or plane.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good or correctable vision and hearing abilities.
• Proficient in reading and writing in English.
• Competence in operating a computer and office productivity equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for email, video conferencing, and other communication platforms.
