This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of securing technical victories throughout the West.
• Shape the approach for Oasis to successfully close intricate enterprise agreements.
• Direct the technical strategy for complex enterprise transactions.
• Oversee and manage Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Facilitate deal qualification and assessment with a focus on technical aspects.
• Develop and expand a high-performing Solutions Engineering team across the West.
• Over 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven experience in leading Solutions Engineering teams in enterprise sales settings.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity, identity management, or cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated success in securing complex, high-value contracts.
• A hands-on leader who works closely with deals.
