This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of and implement the revenue growth strategy for the entire Central Europe region, including designated accounts and broadbase development.
• Facilitate direct interactions with assigned clients, overseeing the quote-to-close process to ensure commercial success.
• Create and uphold a 3-year growth strategy for the area, encompassing all key sectors: Industrial, A&D, Automotive, as well as Mobile/IoT and CED.
• Evaluate market opportunities and pinpoint underexploited segments and application clusters to guide strategic priorities.
• Utilize distributors and digital platforms to expand reach, enhance engagement, and promote broadbase growth.
• Establish and refine the deployment strategy, aligning team resources with growth prospects and enhancing team capabilities.
• Monitor and cultivate emerging accounts, converting them into strategic customers through structured engagement.
